That’s why we’re happy to introduce our newest update, the Automated Allergens table builder! Allergen informations are mandatory, yet it can be hard and time-consuming to enter them in manually. With this new feature you’ll never have that problem again.
Automated Allergens Table Builder is a tool which will automatically detect all allergens on your website and generate an easy-to-read table for you!
How does it work?
Once you have added your food items and the relevant allergens for each one of them, you simply need to click on the print button and a comprehensive allergen information table will be downloaded on your computer.
From there you only need to print it.
This way you can have all your information at hand and to keep track of what allergens are present in each dish. You won’t ever need to worry about forgetting to mention them again!
How does it bind with food traceability?
Food traceability and allergen management have been a part of the Qualizy’s food tech platform for quite some time. Recently, they had made it possible to create prepared-food items containing embedding preparations or recipes. Allergens are automatically added to the final product:
This way you can keep track of the food allergens that are present in each dish. You won’t have to worry about forgetting to mention them again!
Can I print individual food labels and does it display allergens automatically?
The labels are printed in quantities of one, and yes they display the allergens automatically. To see what is present at a specific time simply tap on the Allergen icon that appears next to each ingredient’s name.
How do I add an allergen?
To add an allergen just go into Edit mode from your list of ingredients – you can find it by tapping on the food item edit function. Add as many as you want!
Do I need to create a new food item each time?
No, you don’t. Qualizy’s technology remembers allergens and expiry dates previously entered into a similar product. Simply by typing the first 3 letters, you will be able to use and re-use the same item without starting form scratch.
How does that help you comply with the law?
It’s mandatory to provide allergen informations to customers. Qualizy allows you to do just that in just a few clicks. Your allergen information table is always up to date and ready to be printed out immediately.
Your waiters can have immediate access to the allergens contained into your menu from anywhere, simply by going into the app and filtering food items by allergens. This allows them to be more knowledgeable about allergies and better serve your customers; furthermore, they’re able to see which of their dishes contain those allergenic ingredients so that customers can be better informed and protected.
